Your charming daughter was an extra delight guiding us to our various destinations at the busy City street corners. And your overall skills in commandeering two full buses containing over 100 passengers in such a complex endeavor is an excellent tribute to your role as Trip Leader for the Friends of the Brick Library.

"This is the second time that I have used Barbara for my tour guide. The first time was in 2008 when Barbara was working as a guide who had been commissioned by a UK travel company who organised my trip.
I was so impressed with her in 2008 that I asked her to organise my complete trip to NY this past October. I can say with hand on heart that the October trip was the best organised trip I have ever experienced.
Barbara organised everything, my flights from the UK, transfers, hotel, theatre, Knicks tickets, excursions, meals ... everything! Every aspect went without a hitch. Barbara and her husband Peter were professional, knowledgeable, incredibly courteous and efficient in their work; it felt like friends taking us around NYC, not tour guides. My students (30 in total) were so well looked after and felt completely at ease in their company. Whatever we asked for was done immediately, what ever couldn't be done immediately, was done and sorted out over a cup of coffee and cheesecake!"
